Where are my presets?

All preset packs are delivered digitally. After completing your purchase on Etsy, your download link will be available immediately via: Your Etsy account → Purchases & Reviews. The confirmation email sent by Etsy. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will send the download link to the email address used during checkout. If you cannot find your files, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot locate them, contact us and include your order number.

- How do I import the presets?

Installation depends on the specific plugin. Most preset packs follow one of these methods:

Method 1 – Drag & Drop
Download and unzip the preset folder.O
pen your plugin inside your DAW.Drag the preset file into the plugin window (if supported).

Method 2 – Import via Plugin Menu
Download and unzip the preset folder.
Open the plugin.Use the plugin’s preset browser or “Import Preset” function.
Select the preset files from your download folder.

Method 3 – Copy to Preset DirectoryDownload and unzip the files.
Locate your plugin’s preset folder on your system.
Copy the preset files into that directory.

- Why is the actual plugin/software not included?

UltimateMixing sells preset packs only. Presets are sound configurations designed for specific third-party VST/AU plugins. The plugin itself must be purchased separately from the official plugin developer. We do not include plugin software because: Plugins are licensed and sold by their respective developers. Including the plugin would violate software licensing agreements. Presets are designed to enhance tools you already own. Before purchasing, please ensure you own the required full version of the plugin specified in the product description. We clearly mention the software is not included in all our descriptions. - Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be issued once files have been accessed or downloaded. Please ensure you own the required plugin. You have the correct plugin version. You understand what the preset pack includes and that you have read the description before buying. If you experience a technical issue, contact us first. We are happy to help troubleshoot compatibility or installation problems.

- I did not receive my download link.

If you cannot locate your files, check
Etsy → Purchases & Reviews.
Check your spam folder.
Ensure you are logged into the correct Etsy account.
If the issue persists, contact us with your order number and we will assist you promptly.

- Will the presets work in my DAW?

Presets work inside the compatible plugin - not directly inside your DAW. If your DAW supports the plugin format (VST, VST3, or AU depending on your system), the presets will work. Supported DAWs typically include FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase, Studio One, Pro Tools (with compatible plugin formats). If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.

- Can I use these presets in commercial releases?

Yes. All UltimateMixing presets may be used in unlimited personal and commercial music productions. You may release tracks using these presets on streaming platforms, sell beats, upload to YouTube, or use them in client work. However, redistribution or resale of the preset files themselves is not permitted.
