Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy describes how UltimateMixing (“the Shop”) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you purchase from the Shop, contact the Shop, or otherwise use the Shop’s services through Etsy.com or related services (the “Platform”). It also explains your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1) Data controller

For the purposes of the GDPR, the Shop owner of UltimateMixing is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Shop.
You can contact the Shop owner via Etsy Messages.

Etsy Ireland UC (or another Etsy entity, depending on your location) also processes personal data in connection with use of the Etsy platform, under Etsy’s own privacy policy.

2) Personal data processed

Depending on how you interact with the Shop, the Shop may process the following categories of personal data that Etsy shares with the Shop owner or that you provide:

Identity and contact data (such as name and email address)

Order and transaction data (items purchased, order totals, order history, timestamps)

Delivery data (shipping address and delivery details, only where applicable)

Communications (messages you send via Etsy, including any attachments you provide)

Customization information (any details you submit for custom orders, where applicable)

Payment data: The Shop does not receive your full payment card details. Payments are processed by Etsy and/or Etsy’s payment providers.

3) Purposes of processing

The Shop processes personal data for the following purposes:

To fulfill orders and provide customer support

Provide access to digital products and/or ship physical products (where applicable)

Communicate about orders, downloads, issues, and support requests

Process cancellations, returns, refunds, and disputes

To comply with legal obligations

Maintain records for accounting and tax compliance

To run and protect the business (legitimate interests)

Prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents

Where consent is required for a specific processing activity, the Shop will rely on consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

5) Sharing of personal data

Personal data is shared only when necessary:

With Etsy: Etsy provides the platform and shares order and communication details with the Shop to enable fulfillment and support. Etsy may process data independently under its own policies.

Service providers (where applicable): such as delivery/shipping providers (for physical orders) and tools needed to keep legally required business records. These providers are permitted to process personal data only to deliver services for the Shop.

Legal and compliance: where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Shop and customers.

Business transfers: if the Shop is sold or reorganized, personal data may be transferred as permitted by law.

6) International transfers

Etsy and certain service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is protected using appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) or other lawful mechanisms under GDPR.

7) Data retention

The Shop retains personal data only for as long as necessary to:

fulfill orders and provide support,

comply with legal obligations (including accounting and tax rules),

resolve disputes, and

enforce agreements.

When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized where feasible.

If you are located in the EU/EEA (and similarly in the UK/Switzerland), you have the right to:

9) Complaints

If you have concerns about how personal data is handled, you can contact the Shop via Etsy Messages first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority in the EU/EEA.

The Shop does not set or control cookies on Etsy’s platform. Etsy and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies according to Etsy’s policies.

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The “Last updated” date indicates the most recent revision.
