Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

This Privacy Policy describes how UltimateMixing (“the Shop”) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you purchase from the Shop, contact the Shop, or otherwise use the Shop’s services through Etsy.com or related services (the “Platform”). For the purposes of the GDPR, the Shop owner of UltimateMixing is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Shop.
You can contact the Shop owner via Etsy Messages.
Etsy Ireland UC (or another Etsy entity, depending on your location) also processes personal data in connection with use of the Etsy platform, under Etsy’s own privacy policy.

Depending on how you interact with the Shop, the Shop may process the following categories of personal data that Etsy shares with the Shop owner or that you provide:

Service providers (where applicable): such as delivery/shipping providers (for physical orders) and tools needed to keep legally required business records. These providers are permitted to process personal data only to deliver services for the Shop.
Legal and compliance: where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Shop and customers.
